Refund Policy
General Terms
All services, training sessions, packages, camps, and programs offered by SmartFoot Training, LLC are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to this policy in full.
Private & Small Group Training Sessions

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”) results in the loss of the session without refund or credit.
Training Packages

Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled or credited for future use at the discretion of SmartFoot Training.

Packages must be used within any stated validity period.

Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Camps, Clinics & Special Events

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event start date may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are non-refundable.

If SmartFoot Training cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Weather, Facility, or Trainer Cancellations

Sessions canceled by SmartFoot Training due to weather, field conditions, facility closures, or trainer availability will be rescheduled or credited.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations outside the company’s control.
Medical or Emergency Considerations

Medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Documentation may be required.

Credits may be issued in lieu of refunds.
Refund Processing
